The Lacey Washington Gold Star Families Memorial Monument was dedicated on March 31 2023. The project committee was led by Chairpersons Michael Jameson and Michael Steadman and included Troy Kirby, Jerry Wilkins, Ed Kunkel, Kamber Good, and Jesse Simmons. This group of individuals came together with a common goal to make sure that we never forget.
