Chad Graham serves as the Executive Director of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. He has a deep commitment to Gold Star Families, Military, and Veteran causes, having spearheaded national and community-based programs that support and honor those who have served and their families.


He is known for innovating philanthropic strategy design, organizational operations, volunteer management, communications, and public relations through a forward-thinking approach in collaboration with fellow organization leaders. His demonstrated agility, accountability, and diplomacy are matched by his deep commitment to core values.


Before joining the Board of Directors, Chad served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Woody Williams Foundation from 2017 to 2024. He holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and a Master’s in Business Communication with a specialization in Non-Profit Administration.


Prior to his nonprofit career, Chad had a diverse background in the equine and music industries. He currently resides in Simpsonville, Kentucky, with his wife, Elizabeth, and their Australian Blue Heeler, Zeke. He is an avid sports fan and outdoorsman.
