His navigator remains were confirmed in 2018 (50 years later). We were expecting a return trip to the crash site in Vietnam for additional excavation.
DNA was confirmed on 4/23/25 and the family was informed on May 23, 2025. His obituary is now posted and he will be laid to rest at ANC on Nov 14 2025.
