The Owasso Oklahoma Gold Star Families Memorial Monument was dedicated on May 27, 2024. The project committee was led by Chairpersons Henry Bodden and James Holman and included Carolyn Thornton (Gold Star family), Paul McWilliams, Ed Lawrence, Jim DeLoach, Marlon (Chris) Blake, Carroll Harris, Verle Randolph, and Jane Bodden. This group of individuals came together with a common goal to make sure that we never forget.
