The Little Rock Arkansas Gold Star Families Memorial Monument was dedicated on September 28 2019. The project committee was led by Chairpersons Paul Garrett John Smallwood and included Dwight Witcher, Senator Eddie Joe Williams, and R.D. Kinsey. This group of individuals came together with a common goal to make sure that we never forget.
