Please make plans to join Honor Flight Bluegrass as it marks the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, a milestone that is expected to represent the last largest gathering of WWII Veterans around the globe!
To honor the sacrifice of these soldiers whose bravery sparked the end of World War II (WWII), Honor Flight Bluegrass will host a special memorial event, “OPERATION BRAVO ZULU,” on Thursday, June 6, 6:30 p.m., at the Louisville (Kentucky) Memorial Auditorium. World War II Medal of Honor recipient Hershel “Woody” Williams will join fellow WWII veterans and their families for this celebration.
